I don’t love trends, but if you’re going to lean into one, color is the easiest way to do it—and blue this season is just too good to ignore. It’s crisp, classic, and pairs effortlessly with just about everything, from soft yellows to deep browns (and this is coming from someone who basically only wears black…). Whether you’re adding some baby blue with a sweater, going tonal with denim, or trying the sheer trend with something fun, there’s a way to make it work without feeling overdone.
Sharing how I’m styling it from my closet, what’s tempting me from my cart, and the best pieces to invest in if you want to embrace the blue wave this spring.
How I am creating the look from my closet….
Khaite denim - I know they are pricey but I am only reaching for my Khaite jeans these days. Cost per wear is there…
Toteme knit - its just the perfect butter yellow
Cos tee - I have about 10 in my dresser.. they are so good
Etc.
Toteme sunglasses I got on Bessette - the best place to find designer on sale
Oscar de la Renta earrings that I wear on repeat (Oscar jewelry is not cheap but not as expensive as I would’ve guessed… statement pieces that are worth it imo)
Old YSL shoes but found on Ebay here
How I would create the look from my cart…
BLUES
Sweaters - An easy way to bring in any color:
