My mom wore a rain hat the other day and I can’t stop thinking about it. Leave it to her to make something so practical feel chic. Meanwhile, I forgot my umbrella today and the forecast is laughing in my face. Everyone reaches for umbrellas, hoods, or the default baseball cap. But the rain hat? Completely forgotten - which, of course, makes it all the better. It’s the kind of detail that turns a rainy day from a mess into a moment.

I totally acknowledge that wet days have a way of testing your effort… but I’m here to remind you that there’s something to be said for looking put together when everything else feels like a wash. So, while this nor’easter is here for the week… might as well make it look good.
